The world is now moaning about the abnormal climate caused by global warming. 세계는 지금 지구온난화에 따른 이상기후에 신음하고 있습니다. 하염없이 내리는 폭우, 키를 훌쩍 넘는 폭설, 영하 50도를 넘는 한파,  지구는 곳곳에서 몸부림치고 있습니다. COP28도 글로벌스톡테이크를 결정했습니다. 지구 연평균 기온 상승 폭을 산업화 이전 수준보다 1.5°C로 유지하기위해 2025년까지 GHG 배출을 피크아웃시키고  2030년까지 43%, 2035년까지 60%를 배출 감축하기로 했습니다.
